The Blue Ribbon Commission on America's Nuclear Future (BRC) submitted its final report(s) to the Secretary of Energy on January 26, 2012, (see links below). The BRC was established in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) as directed by the President's Memorandum for the Secretary of Energy dated January 29, 2010. The charter establishes the BRC under the authority of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
