Congressional Hearings on Yucca Mountain Testimonies available in HTML (online-viewing) and PDF format House of Representatives April 18, 2002 --The Committee on Energy and Commerce, Subcommittee on Energy and Air Quality held a hearing on H.J.Res.87, a resolution reviewing President Bush's recommendation to develop a nuclear waste repository at Yucca Mountain. The subject of the hearing was to examine the issues associated with the transportation of spent nuclear fuel to the proposed Yucca Mountain storage facility in Nevada.
